How long does HOA approval take in Windemere or Gale Ranch?
Typically a few weeks when the package is complete — which ours are. We submit drawings, materials and drainage plans in the format each HOA expects.
Our yard is smaller than we'd like. Is a pool still worth it?
Usually yes — a well-designed 24-to-28-foot pool with a tanning ledge outperforms a big rectangle you had no room to live around. We show the trade-offs in 3D first.
