How do I know my pool needs replastering?
Rough texture that scrapes feet, gray mottling or stains that won't brush off, thin spots showing dark gunite, and chemistry that never stays balanced. If two or more sound familiar, it's time.
What does replastering cost in San Jose?
It depends on pool size, surface condition and finish — standard white plaster is the most affordable; quartz and pebble finishes cost more up front but last longer. Quotes are free and itemized.
How long is my pool out of commission?
Usually 1–2 weeks from drain to refill. The finish then cures underwater during a startup period — you can typically swim within days of refill.
