Our lot drops 15 feet. Can we still have a pool?
Almost certainly — that's a raised-beam-and-retaining design, and it usually produces a more dramatic result than a flat lot could. We'll assess the grade free.
What will it cost?

How long does an EDH build take?
Design 3–5 weeks, county permitting and engineering 6–10, construction 10–16 depending on structure. Winter starts swim the following summer.
Do you handle Serrano's design review?
Yes — our submittal packages are built for it, and HOA review runs parallel to county permitting in our schedule.
