Every custom pool we build starts as a complete 3D model of your yard — pool, spa, decking, lighting, planting zones. You walk through it, change it, and approve it before a shovel touches dirt. No imagination required, no surprises at the end.
Then the same company that designed it builds it: engineering, city permits, excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, tile, plaster and startup, all under one license. When one crew owns the whole chain, details don't fall between subcontractors.

Custom pool building questions
How much does a custom pool cost?
Most of our new pools start around $80,000–$100,000, with estate-level pool-and-spa projects running $120,000–$300,000+ depending on site, size and finishes. The 3D design phase produces an itemized quote before you commit to construction.
How long does the whole process take?
Design usually takes 2–4 weeks, permitting 4–8 depending on the city, and construction 8–14. Start in fall or winter and you're swimming by early summer.
Do you use subcontractors?
Specialty phases like gunite and plaster use long-standing trade partners we've worked with for years — but design, management and quality control stay with our crew from day one to startup.
Can you build on a sloped or difficult lot?
Yes — slopes, rock and tight access are engineering problems with known solutions. We price them honestly up front rather than discovering them mid-project.
